- 2 tablespoons warm water

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in warm water and let it cool slightly.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries.
