- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Gradually add boiling water and mix until the dough comes together.
- Add cold water and knead briefly until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
- Roll each piece into a thin circle and brush with oil.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the oil, roll the dough up, and coil it into a spiral.
- Flatten each spiral gently into a pancake shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
Notes
- These pancakes can be served with soy sauce for dipping.
