  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Gradually add boiling water and mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Add cold water and knead briefly until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into a thin circle and brush with oil.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the oil, roll the dough up, and coil it into a spiral.
  8. Flatten each spiral gently into a pancake shape.
  9. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
