These no-bake peppermint cookie cream stacks are a festive treat perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 24 chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, then whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. On a serving platter, place one chocolate wafer down and top with a layer of the whipped cream.
  4. Repeat the layers, stacking the cookies as high as desired.
  5. Top with crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
