- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until smooth, then mix in cocoa powder and instant coffee until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using).
- Pour the mixture into a lined mini muffin tin.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Pop out of the tin and serve chilled.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
