Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake fudge infused with mocha flavors and marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  2. Stir until smooth, then mix in cocoa powder and instant coffee until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in mini marshmallows and nuts (if using).
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined mini muffin tin.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Pop out of the tin and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
