- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- ½ cup green food coloring
- ½ cup red berries (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream and green food coloring until well integrated.
- Pour the green cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with red berries before serving.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for easier serving.
- Adjust the amount of green food coloring for desired color intensity.
