- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and mix well.
- Drop tablespoons of the mixture into silicone cup molds and press down.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of each cup.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use unsweetened cocoa powder for the best results.
- These cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
