Deliciously rich and satisfying No-Bake Almond Praline Galaxy Cups are a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and mix well.
  3. Drop tablespoons of the mixture into silicone cup molds and press down.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top of each cup.
  5. Sprinkle chopped almonds on top for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to use unsweetened cocoa powder for the best results.
  • These cups can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
