  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a clean bowl, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the cornstarch and vinegar.
  5. Shape the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a round disc.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
  7. Once cooled, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Spread whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruits.
