Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).

- Gradually add the granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the cornstarch and vinegar.
- Shape the meringue on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a round disc.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool inside.
- Once cooled, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the meringue and top with fresh fruits.
