- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, and matcha powder.
- Add melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- If using, gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Shape the mixture into small bites and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- These Matcha bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite nuts or dried fruits.
