- 2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cleaned mussels to the pot, cover, and cook until mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Be sure to discard any mussels that do not open during cooking.
- This dish can be served with crusty bread for dipping in the broth.
