Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the harissa paste, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the harissa mixture thoroughly.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
