- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease ramekins with butter and dust with flour.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
- Whisk together eggs, yolks, and sugar until light in color.
- Add melted chocolate mixture, flour, salt, and ground pistachios, mix until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
Notes
- Serve immediately for the best gooey center.
- Can be topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
