- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, matcha powder, and sea salt over low heat.
- Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Add shredded coconut on top of the set layer, then pour the remaining mixture over.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes or until solid.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Substitute almond butter with any nut butter you prefer.
