Delicious and creamy matcha coconut almond butter cups that are easy to make and perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, matcha powder, and sea salt over low heat.
  2. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into silicone molds and freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Add shredded coconut on top of the set layer, then pour the remaining mixture over.
  5. Freeze for another 30 minutes or until solid.
  6. Remove from molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Substitute almond butter with any nut butter you prefer.
