Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup grated lime zest
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
- Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and lime zest, and mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- Make sure the mixture is cold before rolling for easier handling.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
