  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup tequila
  • 1/4 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grated lime zest
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
  2. Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and lime zest, and mix until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
