Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mangoes, habanero, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning if needed, then pour into a jar and refrigerate.
- Use within 2 weeks for best flavor.
Notes
- This sauce can be adjusted for heat by adding more or less habanero.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer on low heat until desired consistency is reached.
