Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the ricotta mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  6. Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
