- 1 pound beef liver
- 2 quarts beef stock

- 2 bay leaves

Instructions
- Heat beef stock in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery; simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, bay leaves, and black pepper to the pot.
- Stir in the beef liver and cook until it is just tender, around 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and serve hot.
