Instructions
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Add rooibos tea leaves and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Strain tea into a cup and stir in lemon juice, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Heat the coconut milk until warm and frothy.
- Pour the coconut milk into the tea mixture.
- Garnish with lemon zest and enjoy.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of honey to taste.
- This latte can be enjoyed iced by allowing the tea to cool and adding ice.
