- 4 lemons, juiced and zested

- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, flour, and salt.
- Add the egg yolks and milk, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the lemon mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and place in a larger pan filled with water.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
- Let cool before serving.
