- 1 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and honey until smooth.
- Add in the lavender, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Form dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep lavender flowers in the butter before using.
