- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs such as thyme or basil to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
