- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Marinate the flank steak in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the marinated steak on high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
- Combine mayonnaise and gochujang to make a spicy sauce.
- Slice the sandwich rolls and spread the spicy sauce inside.
- Layer the sliced steak, sautéed vegetables, and cucumber in the rolls.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
