Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice and mixed vegetables.
- Add the chili paste and sesame oil, and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the rice mixture into bowls.
- Top each bowl with a fried egg.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the eggs.
- Adjust the amount of chili paste to increase or decrease spiciness.
