Deliciously fluffy and low-carb Yorkshire puddings perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup beef drippings or oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Add the beef drippings to the muffin tin and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes until hot.
  6. Pour the batter evenly into the hot drippings in the muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dish.
