Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and almond milk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Add the beef drippings to the muffin tin and heat in the oven for about 5 minutes until hot.
- Pour the batter evenly into the hot drippings in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite dish.

- Make sure the drippings are very hot for the best rise.
