- 1 pound sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil for frying
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip each mushroom slice into the eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mushrooms until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs to the almond flour mixture.
