Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip each mushroom slice into the eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
