Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then peel and slice in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped chives.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
