- 1.5 pounds chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While chicken is cooking, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl for garlic sauce.
- Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve with the garlic sauce.
