Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, coriander, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. While chicken is cooking, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl for garlic sauce.
  6. Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve with the garlic sauce.
