Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Stir in the zucchini and cook until tender.
- Add oregano, basil, and diced tomatoes; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm over pasta or as desired.
