- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds and walnuts until finely chopped.
- Add the cranberries, honey (or maple syrup), sea salt, and vanilla extract; blend until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
