- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup orange zest
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and orange zest until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and coat with orange sprinkles.
- Place on parchment paper and let set in the refrigerator until firm.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a few drops of orange extract to the filling mixture.
- These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
