Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the honey and mix well.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Gradually add to the honey mixture until well combined.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
