Instructions
- Blend the fruit in a food processor until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, combine the blended fruit, chia seeds, honey, and lemon juice.
- Stir well and let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to thicken.
- Store the chia jam in a jar in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Notes
- This jam can be made with any type of fruit you prefer.
- Adjust the sweetness to taste by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
- For a smoother texture, blend the mixture for a longer time.
