  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in flour, then eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and toss in hot honey before serving.
