Delicious homemade Andes mints with a creamy mint filling and rich chocolate coating.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract.
  3. Slowly add melted chocolate to the mixture.
  4. Stir in powdered sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased pan and refrigerate until set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares.
  7. Serve as a sweet treat.
