Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract.
- Slowly add melted chocolate to the mixture.
- Stir in powdered sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and refrigerate until set.
- Once set, cut into squares.
- Serve as a sweet treat.
