Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, and microwave until melted.
- Add in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a heart shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Spread marinara sauce over the crust.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
