  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese, and microwave until melted.
  3. Add in almond flour, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Shape the dough into a heart shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the crust.
  7. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives, and top with shredded mozzarella.
  8. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
