Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, parsley, and salt.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
