- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, parsley, and salt.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- For added flavor, try adding a few drops of hot sauce to the marinade.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
- Leftover chicken makes great sandwiches or salads.
