Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a blender.
- Add the almond milk, Medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
- For a colder shake, use frozen bananas instead of ice.
- This shake can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
