Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a blender.
  3. Add the almond milk, Medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a colder shake, use frozen bananas instead of ice.
