- 4 ounces provolone or cheese whiz
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and simmer for a few minutes.
- Top beef mixture with cheese, covering until melted.
- Spoon the mixture onto buns and serve hot.
