Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the eggs once cooled.
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
- Halve the eggs and drizzle with the gochujang sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
