Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add eggs. Boil for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
  2. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  3. Peel the eggs once cooled.
  4. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey.
  5. Halve the eggs and drizzle with the gochujang sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
