Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, coconut cream, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
