- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, coconut cream, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once churned, transfer the nice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve as desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter nice cream, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
- Ensure your ice cream maker bowl is fully frozen before churning!
