- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, goat cheese, eggs, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and sausage to the cheese mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the sausage.
- Use a mix of fresh herbs for added freshness.
