Instructions
- Puree watermelon in a blender and strain to remove pulp.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water then mix it with lime juice and watermelon puree.
- Fold the watermelon mixture into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
