- 1 pound pork belly, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the pork in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork until golden brown.
- Prepare garlic rice by sautéing minced garlic in oil, then mixing in the cooked rice.
- Serve the sizzling pork on a hot plate with garlic rice on the side, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chili peppers to the marinade.
- Serve immediately for best results.
