Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated pork until golden brown.
  3. Prepare garlic rice by sautéing minced garlic in oil, then mixing in the cooked rice.
