- 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup rose syrup
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfingers
- Edible rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooled coffee and rose syrup.
- In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish with edible rose petals before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality mascarpone cheese.
- Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar used.
- Edible rose petals add a beautiful touch but are optional.
