A delicious and easy vegan version of the classic tiramisu, made with plant-based ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 package vegan ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours, then drain.
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a shallow dish, pour some brewed coffee and dip each ladyfinger briefly.
  4. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a dish, followed by the cashew mixture.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cashew layer on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a dash of rum or coffee liqueur.
  • Make sure to soak the cashews properly for a creamy texture.
