Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix bread flour, all-purpose flour, salt, yeast, and sugar.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rise in a covered bowl for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the topping by mixing rice flour, sesame oil, water, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape into a loaf. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the prepared topping evenly over the dough.
  7. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing.
