- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pomegranate juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken thighs in a pan and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the pan juices to thicken.
- Serve the chicken with the thickened glaze.

- Can substitute chicken breast if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
