Instructions
- Place the roasted pistachios in a food processor.
- Blend on high until the nuts become smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides as needed.
- If desired, add honey and salt, then blend again until combined.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.

- For a sweeter version, increase the amount of honey.
