- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe kiwi
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine sugar, butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and mashed kiwi to the blender. Blend until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, you can add more sugar.
- Serve with whipped cream or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
