- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 pieces inari (sweet tofu pockets)
- Sesame seeds for garnishing
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Mix the vinegar mixture with the cooked rice.
- Once rice is cool, gently fill each inari pocket with sushi rice.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables or avocado for extra flavor.
- These can be served warm or chilled.
