Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles or colored candy.
- Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and chill until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
